New Harbor SQA (formally New Harbor Technical Management) was founded by Tony Raymond to specialize in the management of software testing, software quality assurance, the software development process, professional training and business excellence. We are located outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and perform work throughout the world.
Our clients are comprised of all sizes and types of companies in many different industries, including finance, defense, medical and healthcare, software, insurance, banking, telecommunications, energy, government, and manufacturing.
When required, New Harbor collaborates with our network of business partners and trusted professionals that bring expanded expertise to a client engagement. Tony Raymond, President and Consultant
Tony Raymond has been a senior technical leader in several high tech companies including two-startups, where he acquired a full spectrum of technical and business management expertise. He has experience in the medical device industry as well as large corporate computing that includes enterprise storage environments. He has held both customer facing and supplier management roles while working with executive level management at many of the Fortune 100 companies.
In that time, Tony has lead efforts in software and hardware testing, program management, quality assurance, platform integration, customer satisfaction, supplier management, and software development. Most of these activities were accomplished by managing distributed multi-national teams in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Over his career, he has been in the role of developing and implementing testing and quality assurance strategies and processes many times. Through these experiences, professional associations and credentialing he has become a subject matter expert in the testing and delivery of products.

- Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts. Tony has done post graduate study in business management and executive leadership at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Northeastern University and Babson College.
Certifications:
- Tony has achieved the recognition of the American Society for Quality as an Exam-Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).

- Tony has spoken on various topics in Software Quality Assurance at several professional conferences.
- Recent examples include BOSCON, the premier annual quality conference presented by the Boston section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
- The Better Software Conference and Expo held in Las Vegas, a four day conference for Software professionals seeking the latest practices in software development today.
- The North East Quality Council (NEQC) Conference that has a tradition of bringing together quality and process professionals, practitioners, and management for a total perspective on system and processes improvement.

Darlene Rondeau is our Executive Assistant who has been working with New Harbor since 2007 providing administrative and support services to our consultants. She handles course registration and coordination, authoring and presentation support, email services, internet research, proofreading, editing, and website validation.
She brings 20+ years of corporate experience in various administrative roles in both large and small organizations. She is a valuable and dedicated contributor and collaborator for our business.

Ron Klodenski is Founder and President of MCT who has been serving companies for over three decades. He has provided technical publications consulting in collaboration with New Harbor since our beginning in 2000.
